Thanks for sticking with the club thru the transition! And don't forget to come to the meeting at Connie's house (Thank you for opening up your home for us to have a nice party!), as we will be holding elections! There will also be a Yankee Swap, so bring a clown related gift around the $10 range, and we'll have some fun! There is still time to run for an office if you are interested. Also don't forget DUES ARE DUE!!! $25 for members and $12.50 for family living in the same house. I haven't got much to talk about this month, except it is shaping up to be the busiest December for Santa in a long time. I have 15 days booked, but I have 21 performances! Ho HO Yawn! See ya at the meeting!"J" Secretary's report 11/13/07 Meeting minutes. MEETING NOTES We met in the temporary sanctuary. Our final meeting place will not be available until next spring. We opened with a moment of silence in memory of Joe Carey. The alley sent flowers to the funeral. The secretary’s and the treasurer’s reports were accepted. Dues for 2008 are due next month, $25 for individuals, and $12.50 for family members. NEW BUSINESS Clown Supplies will have a sale soon in celebration of their 30th year in business. We are a 100% COAI alley. We received an updated Roberts Rules of Order, and a CD of kids’ songs in recognition of this. Charlie got a call from Dick Gordon. (For those of you who might not know him, he is a fairly new member.) Dick has our books and (we think) the bookcases. He wants to return them. Charlie will ask him if he can hold on to them until our space is ready in the spring. Royal mentioned the Rodman Ride for Kids/Make a Wish/Polar Express. Boston Party Makers is looking for entertainers for this event. Royal will give the details to anyone who is interested.
